Whitefish Centennial - Golf Poster

Introduced to celebrate the Centennial for Whitefish, Montana, this golf poster is one of four in a series of art capturing themes of historical significance for the Northwestern town. Captioned "Fairways and airplanes--a good combo, Whitefish Lake Golf Club, circa 1942," the piece not only illustrates the brilliant autumn fun, but cleverly provides commentary on its roots as a WPA-funded airstrip.

A portion of the sale of this series is contributed to Stumptown Historical Society.
